current project promotes the use of advanced methods of tele-communication
and telematic information for the equal access and opportunities sustainable
development of the Community space and its international neighboring space.
The project establishes electronic and spatial networking between the
partners and its expansion at their countries.
The developing co-operation contributes to: |

tightening of the relations between the involved institutions; |

reinforcement of economic and social cohesion; |

the
assumption of common responsibility for the formation of developmental
planning; |

balanced
spatial development; |
| 5. |
transnational
spatial development; |

the creation of steady and long-term communication and information infrastructures; |

development of the Mediterranean countries of the African coast and the
reinforcement of their co-operation with the EU member-states; |

the promotion of the modern technologies of tele-information into the
development policies, the environmental planning and the transnational
co-operation; |

equal access to knowledge and infrastructure and the active participation
of the partners; |

to convergence between the most favored and least favored regions, by
relieving especially the least-favored regions from their natural and
