Main
Objective of
the project is the reduction
of the regional inequalities, contribution to economic and social
cohesion at international level as well as the promotion of sustainable
development and spatial cohesion in benefit of the EU member states
and the Mediterranean non EU member states, through the use of advanced
technologies. |

| First
Priority
is the activation and effectiveness of the international telematic
network of spatial and sustainable development in matters concerning
the management of the mediterranean coastal zone, bearing in mind
the vital link between people and water and the role that people
can play in well organised and co-ordinated actions and activities.

main objective has three dimensions: |

Transnational co-operation - Information Society and balanced development
