PROJECT'S ACTIONS
Objective A:
Application of advanced tele-information and tele-communication technologies for sustainable development.
Action A1: Design of the telematic network of transnational co-operation.
Action A2: Design and creation of the networked database.
Objective B:
Application of advanced tele-information and tele-communication technologies for transnational co-operation
and the balanced development of trans-national spatial planning.
Action B1: Activation of the node of the transnational telematic network of co-operation
Action B2: Supply of Web services by the node of transnational co-operation to the national partners and monitoring of the good operation of the international telematic network.
Action B3: Electronic telematic connection of the national users with the node of transnational co-operation.
Objective C:
Application of advanced tele-information and tele-communication technologies for the promotion of the EU's environmental acquis
in the framework of international co-operation.
Action C1: Information collection, recording and assessment for the database.
Action C2: Digitisation of information for the activation of the database.
Action C3: Activation of the database at the node of transnational co-operation at CERE-MEDREGIO.
Action C4: Elaboration of a technical guide for training of the national users at the use of the telematic network.
Action C5: Collection of the national legal framework for the management of coastal zone and production of a relevant publication.
Action C6: Creation of questionnaire about the mediterranean coastal zone.
Objective D:
Public awareness and sensitisation in matters of sustainable development and the participation of the public
in the decision-making process about environmental issues.
Action D1: Promotion and publicity of the project through central web page at the node of transnational co-operation at CERE-MEDREGIO.
Action D2: Actions of awareness, sensibilisation and information of institutions and the public.
Action D3: Promotion and publicity of the project through local web pages.
